1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service

AsreSEO provides professional website search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), Google Ads management, content architecture, and high-performance web engineering. Additionally, we provide edge-native tooling including the GCP Personal OAuth Proxy & SEO Command Center, designed to interface securely with Google Cloud Platform, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Google Workspace APIs.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to manage the Google Cloud projects, Search Console domain properties, Google Analytics accounts, and domains that you connect to our services or authorize us to audit.

2. Security, Authentication & User Responsibilities

When utilizing our Command Center or client portals, you provide authentication credentials including Google OAuth 2.0 client secrets, proxy access keys, and API tokens:

• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PROXY_API_KEY, SETUP_SECRET, and Cloudflare account credentials.
• Authorized Access: You agree not to provide access to unauthorized third parties or use the Service for abusive, malicious, or automated scraping purposes that exceed authorized API quotas.
• Environment Isolation: When deployed on your own Cloudflare account or instance, you maintain sole administrative control over the underlying KV storage, D1 SQL databases, and environment variables.

4. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% full ownership, title, and all intellectual property rights to your website data, SEO telemetry, client information, generated A4 executive PDF reports, and Google Workspace documents exported through our Application.

We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over any materials, search queries, or analytics you process through the Service.

Upon full financial settlement of contracted agency services, the license to use project deliverables — including custom designs, copy, code snippets, and audit documentation — is transferred to the client.

5. Open-Source Ecosystem & Automation Clusters

Tools, automated workflows, and software components independently authored by AsreSEO remain governed by their respective licenses:

• Custom n8n Nodes: Packages authored by Ali Bakhtiari (n8n-nodes-avvalai and n8n-nodes-imagerouter) are open-source software libraries provided under their repository licenses.
• WebABC SEO Suite: The emdash-seo plugin for Astro & EmDash CMS is licensed as open-source MIT software.
• Enterprise Command Center: The multi-tool MCP Gateway (mcp.asreseo.com / asreseo-command-center) is a proprietary intelligence system. Access is granted subject to authorized user seats and API compliance policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application and consulting diagnostics are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that third-party APIs (Google, Bing, Cloudflare) will be uninterrupted or error-free. Because search engine algorithms, competitor maneuvers, and AI answer engines evolve dynamically, no specific commercial ranking or revenue outcome can be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AsreSEO, its developer, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.

7. Termination & Revocation of Access

You may terminate your use of the Application or proxy endpoints at any time by revoking OAuth tokens in your Google Account security panel (Google Third-Party Account Access) or deleting the deployed Cloudflare Worker instance.

For contracted consulting engagements, either party may terminate upon written notice in the event of material breach or non-cooperation. Upon termination, completed work up to that date is invoiced and settled, and confidentiality obligations remain binding.

8. Portfolio Display

AsreSEO reserves the right to present anonymized performance telemetry, architectural benchmarks, and client work samples in its portfolio archive and technical proposals, unless the client explicitly requests a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or objects in writing prior to project kickoff.
